George’s Fitness Boot Camp


George's Fitness BootCamp is a group training program designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1-hour period of time mostly outdoors.

Children and adults can participate in George's Fitness BootCamp together as the session intensity level is planned based on the group's fitness levels. It includes running, stretching, lifting and pulling objects, push-ups, sit-ups, plyometric, agility and balance training and is designed to push people a little bit further than they would normally push themselves on their own.

Participation at our BootCamps promote besides fat loss, strength and stamina an opportunity to connect with like minded individuals.

FIT Adventures


FIT Adventures offers a special experience for those who enjoy exploring places while exercising in the lap of nature. Depending on the group, we plan for short day trips to overnight getaways that is packed with fun, fitness, and adventure.

Super Kids FIT Club


Many kids today spend more time on gadgets indoors, than playing outdoors. With the increased pressure on academic performance, the 'N' number of classes they attend and both parents working, kids tend to spend more time sedentary indoors. Add to this eating out often during the week and junk food snacking, and we have kids today experiencing obesity, depression and compulsive eating disorder/ binge eating disorder.

Kids have a large amount of energy and a natural connect with PLAY. Our Super Kids FIT Club uses the 'play method' to introduce kids between 9-15 years of age to a variety of active elements like Dance, Exercise, Sports, Games, George's Fitness BootCamp, and others; to develop their flexibility, strength, stamina, balance and agility, with a long term view of inspiring a fitness oriented lifestyle.

Sports Conditioning


Strength training is an essential element of fitness for every sports man and woman. The benefits of strength training to athletic performance are enormous.

Not only is it an integral conditioning component for power athletes such as football, tennis, badminton, squash, swimming and track and field; performance in endurance sports like cricket and table tennis can also be improved with a well-structured strength routine.

Unlike bodybuilders, sport-specific resistance training is based on a physiological analysis of the sporting event that dictates the combination and extent of power, endurance, and strength training required.

Corporate (Fitness) Training


At Fitness Zone is we believe in “Fitness for Life”; and we are committed to supporting the fitness goals and challenges of working executives. Towards this end we partner with companies to Conduct Seminars and Workshops on health and fitness towards creating awareness about habits in food and exercise and inspire employees to make changes in their lifestyle.

Our Team building programs are aimed at benefiting executives at an individual level, whilst fostering teamwork & communication and thus discharging a vibrant energized workplace. We work along with the company leadership on their focal elements/ annual priorities and tailor our session to complement the discussions.

We also offer Onsite Personal training for an individual or a group of executives. Depending on the facility available (company gym or hall), exercise programs are drawn out towards developing Agility, Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Cardiovascular Endurance, Balance & Co-ordination & Flexibility. Duration of the programs is determined on need and availability basis.

Fitness for ALL


Fitness for ALL is our Community outreach program. We recognize the fitness needs of children in destitute homes, elderly in aged homes, and the mentally and physically challenged members of our community. We are committed to providing Fitness for ALL!

Our purpose at Fitness Zone is to ‘help individuals to live healthy and active lives’. Fitness for ALL was conceived in conversation with Ms. Marilande Torres a Brazilian Social Worker and founder of the Noven Jeevit Home for destitute children in Goa. We realised that the children staying at such homes live a very routine existence of schooling and homework that lacked regular physical exercise and exposure.

Under the Fitness for ALL program, we offer the resident children an exercise program that includes:

  • Stretching for flexibilityfitness-for-all
  • Cardio vascular training
  • Body weight strength training
  • Agility and balance training
  • Active and fun games
  • Kick boxing
  • Group Aerobics
  • Others…

The program is also offered weekly at the Peace Haven Special School in Caranzalem. The focus of the programs here is to bring together the mentally and physically challenged children in an inclusive program, encouraging them to participate in fun activities and games that also promote physical fitness.

Fitness for ALL has a pipeline project for an Old Age home, to help the elderly residents keep their joints flexible and strengthen and maintain muscle tissue, bones and ligaments. Conducted along with a qualified physiotherapist, the program is customized on a case to case basis towards helping the elderly residents remain active for as long as possible.

You will understand why Fitness for ALL as a program is very close to heart. As much as it is a heart-warming experience for us, the feedback we have received from the homes is very encouraging. The children look forward to our weekly visit and they have improved in their strength, flexibility, agility and have better attention levels and confidence.
